Johnny Reep has a long and very distinguished history as a Firefighter, and with the Arkansas Fallen Firefighters Memorial. Here is a short, and by no means inclusive, list of Johnny's achievements:

- Before 1983: Past president APFF, Past VP and President Little Rock Firefighters, Past trustee LOPFI
