Each year the Arkansas Fallen Firefighter Memorial Board (AFFM) conducts a ceremony in remembrance of firefighters who have died. We use the time frame of June 1, 20xx to May 30, 20xx (previous year to current year). This ceremony is conducted at the Arkansas Fire Convention. 

For us to pay tribute to these firefighters, we need your help in providing us with their names. When a death occurs, please send the following information to AFFM:

1. Deceased’s Name, Fire Department, Position in Department and date of death.

2. Your name, phone number, and email.
